Ideato.gr is the online store of the company IDEATO, created in 2005, as the natural continuation of a family tradition and presence in the field of linen, which exceeds 45 years.

Within the first month, subscriber behavioral data was collected and a purge was made of low quality list subscribers who never opened emails. As a result, we went from 15% open rate to 35%, thus increasing the deliverability of our partner's account.

Within the first 30 days, 2 dynamic forms were created for desktop/mobile targeting active people who were not already subscribers. As a result, we had over 3.5% subscription form completion rate and collected 500 emails within the first month of our service.

For all new subscribers, a sequence of messages was created with extra incentives, educational content and promotion of the company's social channels. Combined with our targeted forms mentioned above, it brought in sales that accounted for over 10% of the total turnover.

Within 30 days and without any previous user behaviour data, the Retweet of the service, calculating our fee and the cost of the platform was in 1182%.  The partner in the first month was on the Business package.

One of the 4 largest women's clothing and footwear eshop in Greece. Designing a strategy to increase subscribers, newsletter open rate and increase the turnover of the business through increasing the conversion rate and repeat customers.

Removed interface where the visitor could register with a facebook profile. The problem was that most emails used on facebook are not the users' primary emails and are not monitored for new messages, so there was very little delivery rate of newsletter campaigns. This change combined with advance segmentation of users based on purchase and/or browsing history led to a 200% increase in open rate.

Different pop ups were created per device and an incentive was created for registration and email confirmation. All coupons are unique for each user and we gave additional incentives for confirming their email. This way the overall open rate of the campaigns and the overall turnover of the store increased.

Registration forms are only shown to those who are not registered and there has been continuous A/B testing of the creatives, resulting in a submttion rate increase from 1.2% to 6.8%.

Six-packing was a challenge due to the large volume of products and categories. By using several advanced segments we managed to increase the open rate of the newsletters by 150%.

By organizing and recording the product categories and tracking the order placement history of customers, we successfully ran a cross selling campaign and increased the average basket by 25%
