Customer Satisfaction Surveys 50€/month
After sending the order we are not done. It is important to make sure that the customer was satisfied so that they prefer us again. We send targeted customer satisfaction surveys measuring NPS. Those who are happy are retargeted to leave their positive review online. For those who are unhappy, we immediately email customer service to investigate. The cost is indicative of 100 inquiries per month. If you have more than 100 orders per month, ask us for a special offer.

From the moment they leave their positive review, we respond to the user in 2 ways: If it is a review without a comment, we will respond based on the keywords that are most important to your business, so the text will be SEO Optimized. If it is with text, then it will be personalized based on what the user has written and not a copy paste answer. In this way, we help you both in your organic ranking in Google and in the overall user experience with your brand.

Additional Newsletter Campaigns 25€/campaign
You can send targeted extra newsletters any month you want to further promote your business. The €25 fee is per campaign and you choose how many extras you want to send.

We can create targeted audiences of business data. E.g. on Facebook, you can use 180 days of data. With us, you can use the data from the beginning of the business operation without restrictions to make your advertising on Facebook & Google more efficient.

Of course! This is completely normal as the beginning of any cooperation is half of everything. With absolutely no obligation you can book a free 30 minute presentation where we will discuss your business and give you useful tips on how you can improve your existing email marketing plan or what we can do for you if you are new to the field. In addition, you can see real results in our case studies.
We monitor all the events of your eshop and record the sales. You can see for each customer which newsletter they opened, which one they clicked on, when they bought, which products, etc. The interface is the most complete on the market for this and we can get spectacular results.
The interface can be done by us in cooperation with your developer, as long as your online store works on one of the following platforms: Magento, PrestaShop, Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, Mi9, OpenCart, Shift4Shop, Spree, Volusion.

All subscribers subscribe to our newsletters with double opt-in, i.e. they confirm their email and their registration and inside each profile it is clearly stated when and in what way they consented to the sending of newsletters.
Of course, in all support packages we guarantee the uninterrupted and trouble-free operation of our service. In premium support we also provide support for your customer requests. E.g. a code went to your customer and lost it. There we can retrieve it and resend it to your customer. In Premium you have exclusive support with your own account manager for everything related to our service and the progress of your account.
